But many of us don’t realize that vacations or a break is as important as having a meal. Do you realize by not taking a break or vacation, you are putting your health in a dangerous position. You shall be exposed to serious illness, such as heart problems, hyper-tension and many other problems.
Seriously! I am not joking. This is a real fact.
Now it is common for most of you to forget your toothbrush on vacation. (I can see the smile on some people’s faces.) But forgetting your vacation altogether? That is something shocking!
